Your individual results are yours
If you take an assessment on your own, your report is private to you. Nobody else can open it without the link you were given.
Employee responses are never shown individually
When an organisation runs an assessment, leadership sees consolidated findings. Individual answers are not exposed in a way that identifies who gave them.
Your organisation decides whether you see your own report
For assessments run by an employer, whether participants can read their own results is a setting the organisation controls.
We keep what you answered
Your responses are stored so your report can be rebuilt and so you can compare results if you take an assessment again later.
