How long does an assessment take?
Persona IQ is 24 questions and takes most people six to ten minutes. There is no time limit and no right answer.
Do I need an account to take an assessment?
No. You can complete an assessment and receive your report as a guest. Creating an account keeps your reports together and lets you retake an assessment later and compare.
Who can see my results?
If you take an assessment yourself, only you. If your organisation invited you, results are shared with the organisation, and whether you see your own report is a setting your organisation controls.
Can I retake an assessment?
Yes. Each attempt is kept separately rather than overwriting the last, so you can see how your results change over time.
