A platform of four assessment tools from Crosstie Solutions. Persona IQ and Lead IQ are about the individual. OrgPulse and CulturePulse are about the organisation.

• OrgPulse: the health of your organisation across seven areas, from your employees’ anonymous answers.
• CulturePulse: the culture leaders intend, compared with the culture employees experience.

Not to take Persona IQ or Lead IQ for yourself. You can take either as a guest and create an account afterwards to keep your report.

To run an assessment for other people, you need an organisation account. People you invite do not need an account.

Persona IQ is ₦10,000 and Lead IQ ₦15,000 per person. OrgPulse and CulturePulse are sold in plans. While a launch offer is shown, it is free.

• Persona IQ: 24 questions, about 5 to 8 minutes.
• Lead IQ: 16 statements, about 10 minutes.
• OrgPulse: 70 statements, about 15 minutes.
• CulturePulse: 70 statements for employees, about 15 minutes; 7 scales for leaders, about 10 minutes.

There is no timer. When an organisation invites you, the assessment closes on the date given in your invitation.

No. Answer as you are, not as you think you should be. Honest answers give the most useful report.

CulturePulse keeps your answers on the same device until you submit. The others are short enough to finish in one sitting, which also gives the most consistent answers.

No. Once submitted, your answers are final. Opening your invitation again shows that you have finished.

If you were invited, contact your organisation. They can correct it before you finish. If it is your own account, email support@crosstieassessment.com.

Add people on your dashboard, then use Invite people:

• Send invitations emails each person their own invitation.
• Copy invitation links lets you send each person their own invitation from your own email.
• Send reminders nudges people who are invited but have not finished.

Yes. Give each one a name, for example a department or an intake, and run as many as you need.

Once at least 5 people, and at least 70% of those you invited, have answered. CulturePulse also needs every leader. This protects anonymity and makes the results meaningful.

The report is ready the moment you generate it. Generating it closes the assessment.

For OrgPulse and CulturePulse, no. Answers are anonymous; you see combined results and who has finished.

For Persona IQ and Lead IQ, yes. Each result carries the person’s name, and you decide whether they also see their own report.

OrgPulse and CulturePulse can be extended from the dashboard, depending on your plan. Persona IQ and Lead IQ end on the date you chose; start a new one if you need more time. You can close any assessment early.

When you take Persona IQ or Lead IQ for yourself, your result opens as soon as you finish, and we email you the way back to it. As a guest you can open it for 7 days; create an account to keep it.

Your organisation decides. If it shares your report, we email it to you.

Yes. Open the full report and press Save PDF. If that does not work on your device, use Print instead with A4 paper, margins set to None and background graphics on.

Yes. Each time gives a new report. If you are signed in, earlier reports stay in your account.

They describe preferences and perceptions, not ability. See the methodology for each tool for how results are worked out and how to read them.

It depends on the tool. OrgPulse and CulturePulse answers are anonymous. Persona IQ and Lead IQ results carry your name and are seen by the organisation that invited you, or only by you if you took it for yourself.

Enter your email address and we send you a 6-digit code. It works for 30 minutes. There is no password.

Check your spam or junk folder, then ask for a new code. If you enter the wrong code too many times, wait a while and try again.
